ELMRICH-TP TABLET (Wych Elm Laboratories Limited) with a composition of Tramadol Hcl 37.5 mg and Acetaminophen 325 mg Tablet.

Elmrich TP 37.5mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of two pain killer medicines that is used to relieve moderate to severe pain.Elmrich TP 37.5mg/325mg Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. It may be taken with or without food. In case you experience stomach upset then take the medicine with food. It is important not to miss doses and to keep taking them until your doctor tells you it is safe to stop. Do not stop using this medicine without asking your doctor.

This medicine may cause side effects like vomiting, nausea, dryness in the mouth, dizziness, and constipation in some patients. These are usually mild and disappear after a short time. Inform your doctor immediately if any rash or allergic reaction is observed while taking this medicine. If you are pregnant, thinking about becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before taking this medicine.

Elmrich TP 37.5mg/325mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Elmrich TP 37.5mg/325mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

However, the use of Elmrich TP 37.5mg/325mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If you miss a dose of Elmrich TP 37.5mg/325mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

• Elmrich TP 37.5mg/325mg Tablet is used to treat various painful conditions.
• It is better to take it with milk or food to prevent stomach upset.
• Drink plenty of water while taking this medicine.
• Do not take any other pain medicine without asking your doctor first.
• During long-term treatment, your doctor may want to take regular blood tests to monitor your liver function.
• Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, heart diseases, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease.

A:You will feel less pain around 30 to 60 minutes after taking standard Elmrich TP. The pain relief wears off after 4 to 6 hours. Slow-release Elmrich TP tablets and capsules can take a day or two to start working but the pain relief will last for longer.
